Position: Landscape Construction Crew Member

Full-Time | $16-$28hr | Benefits | Potential Relocation Assistance

What You’ll Do

• Install high-quality landscapes throughout the area.
• Build beautiful retaining walls, patios, water features, and hardscapes to exceed industry standards.
• Assist with grading, seeding, and hydroseeding (experience is a plus).
• Ensure customers are thrilled with the finished product.
• Work closely with your crew to maintain trucks and equipment in top condition.
• Use a smartphone for clock-ins and job tracking.
• Maintain company policies and support our core values on every job site.

What We’re Looking For

(We’re willing to train the right person — experience is a plus)

• Landscape installation experience (commercial or residential).
• Equipment skills: skid steer, grading, and related machinery.
• Current driver’s license with experience towing trailers.
• Strong plant knowledge and attention to detail.
• Supervisory and customer service experience a plus.
• ICPI and NCMA certifications a plus (we’ll send you to training if needed).
• Ability to organize, multi-task, and communicate effectively.
• Willingness to work long hours during busy seasons.
• Desire to learn, grow, and be part of a supportive, high-performing team.
